Thank you for choosing TREETEX. We put real care into every piece we make, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it work.

Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition — with tags attached and original packaging intact.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover everything.

  • Contact us within 7 days at support@treetex.pk with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  •  Once confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including return shipping costs.

Size or Color Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or want a different color? No problem.

  • Request your exchange within 7 days at support@treetex.pk with your order number.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Return shipping is covered by the customer, and we'll ship your replacement once we receive and inspect the original item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit.

Change of Mind

We're unable to accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering — reach out anytime and we're happy to help you choose.

Sale & Final Items

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@treetex.pk with your order number and reason.
  2. Attach photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  3. We'll reply with return authorization and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable service — we can't process returns for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
