Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a exchange. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition — with tags attached and original packaging intact with the FOLLOWING TERMS:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll Exchange it or give 100% Money Back Guarantee.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Once confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement — including return shipping costs.

Size or Color Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or want a different color? No problem.

  • Request your exchange within 7 days at Whatsapp us 03254510910 with your order number.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Return shipping is covered by the customer, and we'll ship your replacement once we receive and inspect the original item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit.

Sale & Final Items

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Attach photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  3. We'll reply with return authorization and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable service — we can't process returns for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved exchanges are done within 7–10 business days and you payment would take atleast 10 days to process back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
